Our housing association (Borettslaget) consists of 108 apartments, of which 20 also have their own dorm to let. We are organized according to the Norwegian law Borettslagsloven, and are a section of the joint ownership Sameiet Trondheimsveien 5 A-E together with SüdØst, the Vietnamese Baptist Church in Oslo, and Tellus Eiendom. We also cooperate with other housing associations regarding our backyard.

Borettslaget has a board of leaders which consists of five members and one deputy member (2022-23). The members are elected at the annual general assembly, and run for 1-2 years.
